Come Around by: The Contribution The Contribution is: Tim Carbone, Phil Ferlino, Jason Hann, Jeff Miller, Keith Moseley and Sheryl Renee. It was at Hornings Hideout in 2005 that Jeff Miller, Phil Ferlino and I came upon the “brilliant” idea of making a record together some time in our future. It was a magical night and as the stars came out in our minds we took the first steps on the path that led to the creation of “Which Way World”. We were many days lost in creativity beneath the mighty redwoods and emerged into the California sunshine with ten songs sown together with the threads spun from our common love of the music and spirit of our friendship. In a twist of poetic irony we were able to secure the incredible talents of our good friends Keith Moseley and Jason Hann to be our rhythm section, the String Cheese Incident being the reason we were all at Hornings in the first place those four years ago! And here we are and soon you’ll know what we’ve found. -Tim The Contribution — Which Way World — Available online March 30, 2010 Which Way World — the new release recorded by supergroup collective The Contribution — is the kind of debut album that only seasoned musicians can produce. Featuring the stellar contributions of Tim Carbone — violin, vocals (Railroad Earth), Jeff Miller — guitar, mandolin, vocals (New Monsoon), Phil Ferlino — keyboards (New Monsoon), Keith Moseley — bassist (The String Cheese Incident) and Jason Hann — percussion (The String Cheese … Video Rating: 5 / 5

what is conjunctivitis? Conjunctivitis or pink eye (also called “Madras eye”[1]) is an acute inflammation of the conjunctiva (the outermost layer of the eye and the inner surface of the eyelids), most commonly due to an allergic reaction or an infection (usually viral, but sometimes bacterial[2]). While this article relates generally to humans, animals such as canines (dogs) and cattle can experience this condition. Chloromycetin (chloramphenicol) How does it work? Chloromycetin eye drops (Redidrops) and Chloromycetin eye ointment both contain the active ingredient chloramphenicol, which is a type of medicine called an antibiotic. Antibiotics are used to treat infections caused by bacteria. (NB. Chloramphenicol eye drops and ointment are also available without a brand name, ie as the generic medicine.) This clip is from the unusual 1940 15 minutes educational film, Goodbye Mr. Germ, produced by the National Tuberculosis Association (now the American Lung Association). TB is a contagious and potentially life-threatening infectious disease caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB has been present in the human population since antiquity – fragments of the spinal column from Egyptian mummies from 2400 BCE show definite signs of tuberculosis. The term phthisis, consumption, appears first in Greek literature. Around 460 BCE, Hippocrates identified phthisis as the most widespread disease of the times, and noted that it was almost always fatal. The registered number of new cases of TB worldwide roughly correlates with economic conditions: the highest incidences are seen in those countries of Africa, Asia, and Latin America with the lowest gross national products. The World Health Organization estimates that nine million people get TB every year, of whom 95% live in developing countries. An estimated 2-3 million people die from TB every year. In industrialized countries, the steady drop in TB incidence began to level off in the mid-1980s and then stagnated or even began to increase. The TB bacteria are spread from person to person through the air. People with TB disease of the lungs or larynx release the bacteria into the surrounding area when they cough, sneeze, talk, or otherwise expel air, dispersing droplets that contain M. tuberculosis. These droplets can … Video Rating: 4 / 5

Schizophrenia is a chronic, severe, and disabling brain disorder that has affected people throughout history. About 1 percent of Americans have this illness.1 People with the disorder may hear voices other people don’t hear. They may believe other people are reading their minds, controlling their thoughts, or plotting to harm them. This can terrify people with the illness and make them withdrawn or extremely agitated. People with schizophrenia may not make sense when they talk. They may sit for hours without moving or talking. Sometimes people with schizophrenia seem perfectly fine until they talk about what they are really thinking. Families and society are affected by schizophrenia too. Many people with schizophrenia have difficulty holding a job or caring for themselves, so they rely on others for help. Treatment helps relieve many symptoms of schizophrenia, but most people who have the disorder cope with symptoms throughout their lives. However, many people with schizophrenia can lead rewarding and meaningful lives in their communities. Researchers are developing more effective medications and using new research tools to understand the causes of schizophrenia. In the years to come, this work may help prevent and better treat the illness Video Rating: 4 / 5
